The Oursite.com website, as well as the site website that linked you to this privacy policy, are owned by Employee Check, Inc., a Florida corporation. Our site gathers personal information and this privacy policy explains what we do with it. By visiting our site and/or buying products and/or services on our site, you are accepting the practices described in this privacy policy and expressly agreeing to accept offers from us, our customers, and/or any third party to whom we may share, license, or resell your information. If you do not agree to our policies, then do not use our site, do not submit any information through our site, and/or do not purchase leads from us.

Who We Are

Employee Check, Inc is a lead generation company. We help businesses (“Advertising Businesses”) locate customers that may be particularly interested in specific information, offers, products, and/or services. Additionally, we assist customers like you (“Customers”) that have specific interests in certain information, offers, products and/or services to connect with corresponding businesses. To cater to both you (the Customer) and the Advertising Businesses, we collect, use, sell, license, transfer, and share personal information.

Information Collection

In general, it is possible to view any one of the numerous online advertisements that we distribute throughout the Internet without telling us who you are and without sharing any personal information about yourself. You may, however, choose to provide personal information by voluntarily completing any of the online forms and/or advertisements that we distribute. We record your IP address, viewing habits, and user identity by causing our server to send a “cookie” to your computer. This cookie merely tracks aggregate information on how our site and/or the online form and/or advertisement is being viewed and/or used, including navigation patterns, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, access data ,and clickstream data, pages visited, etc..., together with your user identity. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.  No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however.  Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Information Use and Sharing

We use personal information to cause information, offers, products, and/or services that appear to us to be consistent with your expressed interests to be directed to you. This is typically accomplished by selling, licensing, and/or transferring your information with the Advertising Businesses with which we work. We may, however, also use your information to direct to you information, offers, products, and/or services from us and/or one of our affiliated companies. Your information may, therefore, ultimately be used for marketing purposes by us, our affiliated companies, and/or any one or more the Advertising Businesses with which we work.

In addition, we may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our website, and/or to administer the various online advertisements that we may be distributing. Your IP address may also used to gather broad demographic information.

With regard the information, if any, we track via our use of “cookies,” we use this information to identify you when you return, and/or to provide you a more relevant and tailored online experience.

We cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Statement. For example, we may be forced to disclose information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances, or third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other websites, and you agree that we are not responsible for how such information is ultimately used by any third party.
